Referral Incentive Program
If you know a family member, a friend, a colleague, or a coworker who is looking for a new residence, please connect them with us. The standard screening process will apply, but once approved, a 12-month lease is signed and the tenant is in good standing for 90 days, a one-time $250 rental credit will be placed on your account.

Please note, in order to receive the rental credit, you as the current resident, are required to be in good standing (i.e. no arrears, habitual late payments, no ongoing complaints, no pending notice to vacate, etc.). The referral must be made at/before the point of first contact between the prospect and Devonshire Properties. Once the new applicant is approved and moves into the unit, they must reside for 90 days and be in good standing in order for the tenant to receive the referring fee. Only one referral per lease.
